China Care Gateway exists for one situation: a patient outside China who could benefit from care inside China, and who needs that journey to be clear, documented, and properly coordinated from first inquiry to the handover back home.
What we commit to
Fees you can read
Our revenue comes solely from service and consulting fees. We take no commissions, referral fees, or revenue-share from any hospital, and every engagement starts with a written, itemized quote.
Everything in writing
Pathways, prices, timelines, responsibilities, and cancellation terms are set out in writing before you commit — in English, in language you can act on.
Coordination in your language
Coordination in English and Mandarin across your inquiry, your visit, and your follow-up, so nothing important is lost between systems, languages, or time zones.
Your records belong to you
We collect the minimum necessary, store data in Canada, and never use patient data to train AI models. Your reports are organized and translated for your own physician as a standard part of every engagement.
Clear boundaries
We coordinate care; we do not provide it. Clinical decisions belong to you and the physicians who receive you, and we will always say plainly what we can and cannot do.
Continuity after you return
The journey does not end at the airport. Every engagement closes with a structured handover package for your own physician.
Why China
China's major medical centres offer depth of specialist experience and advanced facilities. Zones such as the Bo'ao Lecheng medical pilot zone in Hainan also offer access, under a regulated pilot programme, to certain medicines and devices approved abroad but not yet in mainland China. Whether this offers any advantage depends on what is available in your own country. For the right patient, at the right moment, that combination is worth a well-organized journey. Our work is making that journey orderly: the right pathway, realistic timelines, honest costs, and a proper handover at the end.
