How cooperation works
- No referral fees, no commissions. We do not pay referral fees, and we do not accept commissions from hospitals. We do not pay physicians or clinics for referrals. Partners who provide defined services — such as case management or on-the-ground support — are paid a disclosed service fee, which appears on the patient's written quote.
- Transparent service fees. Cooperation is structured around clearly stated service fees, agreed in writing in advance. Our revenue comes from service and consulting fees charged for coordination work — a model your compliance team can review line by line.
- Your client relationship stays yours. We coordinate the China-side pathway; we do not market to your clients or contact them outside the scope you define.
- Written at every step. Pathway outlines, itemized quotes, and handover documentation are provided in writing, in English.
- Defined boundaries. We are a coordination service, not a medical provider. Clinical decisions rest with the treating physicians and the patient. Client medical records are exchanged only through channels agreed with you, never through this website.
