Regenerative medicine is one of the most requested — and most misrepresented — areas of care in China. Our pathway is deliberately narrow: programs are considered only where they sit inside China's regulatory framework, including the compliant special-access channels of the Bo'ao Lecheng medical pilot zone in Hainan, and only after specialists at the receiving institution have reviewed your case and judged a program appropriate and lawful for it. Where China's regulator has approved them for your condition, that can include approved cell therapies. Nothing begins with a booking; everything begins with a review.
The Bo'ao Lecheng medical pilot zone in Hainan can also provide regulated access to certain medicines, devices, and therapies approved abroad but not yet available elsewhere in mainland China. Whether any of this applies to your case is a clinical judgement made by the reviewing institution, not a promise made here.

Start from home — case review
After your pathway review is arranged, your records are exchanged through a separate secure channel and reviewed by specialists in the relevant field. You receive a written opinion: whether any regulated program fits your case, and on what basis — including, where that is the conclusion, a clear statement that none does.
Eligibility and the channel
If a program does fit, you receive a written pathway outline naming the institution proposed for you, the regulatory basis for the program — an approved indication, or regulated special access in Bo'ao Lecheng — realistic timelines, and an itemized quote, before anything is booked.
During the program
We coordinate appointments, interpretation, and records translation for the duration of your stay, and keep your family and your home physician informed at the points you specify. The program itself is delivered and directed by the institution's physicians.
After you return
Your program records and reports are organized and translated into a handover package for your own physician, and we coordinate follow-up communication between your home physician and the institution where questions arise.
No outcome can be promised, for any therapy, by anyone. Regenerative programs — including approved cell therapies — are offered only where the institution judges them appropriate and lawful for your specific case, under China's regulatory framework. Participation in any clinical study is decided by the institution under its own ethics and eligibility process.
Who this is not for: anyone looking for unregulated treatment sold without institutional review. If a program is not inside a lawful channel, we will not coordinate it — and we will say so plainly if a review concludes that no regulated pathway fits your case.
Process and timeline
Inquiry
Day 0. A short text inquiry; first reply within 24–48 hours. No medical records at this stage.
Case review
Typically 1–2 weeks once your records are received: a written specialist review of whether a regulated program fits your case.
Plan & written quote
Typically within a further week: pathway outline, named institution, the regulatory basis for the program, timelines, and an itemized written quote.
Program in China
Length depends on the program: preparation, administration, and monitoring periods are set by the institution and stated in your plan before you commit.
From first inquiry to a decision, most regenerative medicine pathways take three to five weeks, most of it before you travel anywhere.
Cost
